June Lacqueen: Kate Moss

It’s hard to find someone more covetable in the fashion industry than Kate Moss. She has graced the cover of every major magazine and can be seen walking for the top brands each fashion week. Kate is muse to artists and designers alike, who find inspiration in her beauty and ability to transform in front of the camera.

Kate Moss definitely knows what’s hot in the nail industry, saying “Nails are a huge influence now, it’s part of the look now, it’s as much as the hair and make up.” She is a fan of the classic 60s almond nail shape and prefers to stick to solid colors in favor of nail art. She prefers neutral colors like grey and beige and uses lacquer as an accessory: “…if I want to make a statement, I’ll wear a brighter shade to add a flash of color to an outfit. Or I’ll choose a metallic polish, instead of jewelry to finish off a look.”
